Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Crayont, based in India (“Crayont”, “we”, “us”), the maker of Redlyn. By creating an account or using Redlyn, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Redlyn for a company or agency, you confirm that you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Redlyn lets you load a live website, pin comments to it, and share separate review links with your team and your clients. We keep improving Redlyn, so features may change over time. We won't remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you've already paid for.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
• Keep your password and review links safe. You're responsible for activity in your account and for who you share links with.
• Workspace owners control their workspace, including its members, projects and billing.

4. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your payment is also subject to Dodo Payments' terms, and invoices and receipts are issued by Dodo Payments.
• Each plan includes a fair daily limit on website loads to keep the service fast for everyone. Normal agency use stays well within it.
• If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.

5. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

• Upgrades take effect immediately.
• You can cancel anytime from Usage & plan in the app, from the Dodo Payments billing portal, or by emailing [email protected]. You won't be charged again, and your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Switching between paid plans applies straight away; the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged or credited.
• After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your projects and comments are kept, but Free plan limits apply to creating new ones.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You own everything you and your clients add to Redlyn: comments, attachments, screenshots and project details. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide Redlyn to you. We don't claim any ownership of it.

7. Acceptable use

Only review websites that you own, or that you have permission to review. Don't use Redlyn to:

• imitate other websites, collect passwords or payment details, or deceive people (phishing);
• access content behind paywalls or logins that you're not allowed to access;
• attack, overload or probe any website or system, including Redlyn itself;
• share illegal, harmful or infringing content, or send spam;
• resell Redlyn, or copy it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or remove content, review links or accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Redlyn fast and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Some websites, such as pages that need a login or complex web apps, may not load in the review preview.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Redlyn is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to Redlyn is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Redlyn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires us to. If we stop offering Redlyn, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, time to export your data, and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Redlyn grows. If a change is significant, we'll let account owners know by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Redlyn after that, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly by email. Any dispute we can't resolve will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
